I'm not sure if I consider this a bug, if I allow this, it would be possible for a long train to hit itself.

Bob's enemies 0.1.2 is for Factorio 0.11.x, if you're using 0.12.x, you need to update your mods.

The --start-server and similar command line arguments were changed, so they don't require Steam to be running, fixed for 0.12.25.

This was a problem with the --wait-to-close command line argument not being available in the steam version, should be fixed in 0.12.25.

If you don't have a fast enough connection to use Steam Cloud, turn off Steam Cloud. Saves for Factorio are large and there is not much we can do, you can turn it off only for Factorio, if you want.

Steam handles the synchronization of the saves folder itself, but I have noticed, that it has problems with reporting the progess of the upload. Not our bug.

The default branch will be the stable version, there will also be an experimental branch, but the per-version branches will stay.
