As the title says, powerbar of Rocket sile is constant yellow while the rest of the factoriy is green. Even when it's idle it's yellow. Not on already discovered chunks but new discovered chunks after the 0.15 update probably will have the new generation going, but can't say for sure.

Yeah for high res is 4Gb recommended. 2 Gb is for normal graphics and they will keep the normal/low resolution, I think.
