I don't think there are any standard settings that will magically make it easier to go mega. I would use a counter, to count how many pieces of fuel have been loaded. I would use that counter to control the inserter, so it would only load when the count is less than 2. Happy New Year! my solution was to measure a buffer at each wagon Yes checking the contents of a chest would work... except part of this challenge is not using any chests, going straight from the train direct into the factory.
