the pump doesnt seem to be placeable.
neither on the shore nor elsewhere.
existing pumps work fine.
removing an existing pump and trying to place it again at the exact same spot doesnt work either

pump is not placeable.. even if removed in an old savegame and then replaced at the exact same spot!
