Underground pipe fast replaces regular pipe

The underground belt fast replacing regular belt is a very nice improvement. I suggest doing the same thing with pipe-to-ground.

I think this suggestion is simple enough to not need more explanation :)

Seems like it is considered not an issue, then. Thanks! As mentioned, an easy workaround was to put multiple chests, one per "scrap" that I wanted shipped back.
