Its alright I figured it out ....when updates refuse to download sometimes redirecting the us1 server to the us2 server helps out, but I had forgotten to remove the entry in my hosts file last time I used it.

Anybody have problem with bobs mods in 0.12.14. I am now unable to research anything I have the same, made a Bug Report here: https://forums.factorio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17328 It isn't only happening with bobs, it happens without any mods too. Its broken for me as well. cannot dismiss...

If I understood correctly the idea is to be able to set items to be ignored by logistic bots(black ones) and used by construction bots(yellow ones). The objective: To manage how items are distributed throughout your base.

IIRC Kovarex touched on the subject in one of the friday blog posts (Can't seem to find the post maybe it was here on the forums after all). More specifically mentioned they wanted to go for a generic rail and making it easier to lay

How about shield units ON laser turrets ...you know just to be absolutely certain to run out of power? Who needs concrete walls when you can have a wall of shielded turrets :evil:

TLDR: Combat is too static. No amount of balancing will make it less static. Making aliens less predictable would make combat more fun. IMHO, Combat doesn't need to be rebalanced it needs to be rethought. I don't like running around in circles around a base while shooting it up and getting chased an...

First discovered this game by having a friend share the trailer and tell me I might like this game. I immediately followed that with the demo...half way through the demo I hit pause, got the credit card and bought the game, only then did I finish the demo.
