I'm loving the new GUI! One thing that I think could be changed is make the blurred background slightly more opaque to reduce clutter in densely built areas.

The bots don't do anything. they ignore you as they aren't construction bots.

The bots cannot find any air to blueprint, so they don't bring the blueprint. They also can't bottle oxygen, because there is no air, so they bring you a bottle of petroleum fumes.

I wouldn't mind dirty mining, I like when everything is complicated, but in a vanilla-like way.

Thanks for all the help, but the solutions seem a bit hacky to be reliable enough, so I think I will keep my mod as just a fuel processing one, at least for now.
