make profile for factorio with proper setting in nvidia control center. that should fix the problem.
since they added "game experience" or whatever they called that, there were plenty of issues with detection of games. usually creating profile for game with specific settings fixes issues.

Yeesss... Fun that "Diesel Locomotives" run on wood, coal or solid fuel rather than, you know, diesel, but that's Factorio for you xP i think there is mod that allows "electric" locomotives, you just need to put battery or generator to equipment grid. i'm just lazy to search for...

i'm using 0 second option also or sidetracking (to avoid inserters), but to completely pass station at full speed might be nice, especially if it's loading station, inserters still try to put stuff in, when you stop even for 0 sec.

that's problem with mod, you have god modules enabled, but missing some dependency, either disable god modules or disable/remove bobextended mod

I'm not sure how much of a bug it can be considered. You're trying to make a setup that will accommodate a different boiler that outputs something that it doesn't currently (steam).
