Someone should report the wrong center as a bug. And maybe the graphics person will design something entirely new, instead of fixing it.

Can you open the /permissions screen again and checked if you actually are in the ADMIN group? The name "default_sattelite" sounds like Space Exploration might change your permission group when you use sattelite navigation mode, in which cases it might just not work without that group, and...

The best way I've seen this case handled in other programs is by allowing left-click + shift-left-click to allow selecting a sub-range of entries, and then having (left-click on the checkbox | spacebar) toggle all currently selected items at once.

The google translation of that text certainly seems to have a certain tone. And the user-name thing is a clear attempted impersonation. But due to MIT license this is likely not plagiarism. Theoretically one could also try installing some sort of unlocked driver/graphics tweak software to emulate an FHD screen and then scale that down to the actual screen resolution :D. Probably wouldn't look too pretty even if one got that sort of hack to actually work.

If you want to adjust exactly one sound then you have to make a mod yourself. If you're fine with adjusting all car sounds (gun, etc) then you could use my mod Eradicator's Safety Ear Muffs. You can add "car" (lower case, no quotes) to the startup mod settings.
