Re: [1.16.6] Warnings for missing items if item station is currently occupied
LTN reserves deliveries from providers until a train leaves the provider.
It makes no difference if the item is not physically in storage or reserved by a delivery, either way there's not enough supply.

Re: New API Docs website
Why did you change everything that made the API site fast and easy to read? Headers in bright yellow with blurry font (especially in bold) and normal white text on light grey makes my eyes hurt. Search should filter functions containing the search text. For example what is it trying to tell me here ...

Re: Please extend the TrainScheduleRecord to allow changes in direction
Temp stops are a workaround for targeting train stops by unit_number rather than ambiguous name.
Instead of trying to fix the workaround, I'd rather have the ability to tell the scheduler to go to a specific stop regardless of name.

Re: Why do temporary stops have a condition?
Without wait condition trains will overshoot and path to a wrong stop when there's multiple stops with the same name.

Re: [1.16.6] Trains not stopping at destination stations
Thanks for the save.
Seems like without time = 0 on temp stops trains no longer break for the temp stop, resulting in them overshooting the real stop and path to another one.
Fixed in next release.

Re: Threshold and Stack Threshold
There might be one problem with this. Not with having stack and non-stack threshold. But with using this to request/provide goods: It will provide goods. If you have a stop and it has more goods than requested, maybe because you send a train there manually to unload left over goods, then it will su...

Re: Please add a Cargo-Train and Fluid-Train signals
I don't really get the use case either. The artillery train is generally useful while the cargo/fluid train signals are more special cases. Probably only when you also use a mod that can assemble/disassemble trains. Generally LTN does not support trains becoming invalid from disassembling or telepor...

Re: How Does Depot Priority Work?
I am seeing this issue pop up in 1.16.3 I have two depots at the top and a requester and provider at the bottom. No matter what the two depots are set to, the closest depot is selected. https://imgur.com/hlSh7Wu The top depot was always set at 100 Priority, and I have changed the bottom one from 50...

Re: Please add a Cargo-Train and Fluid-Train signals
At the factory where you produce artillery shells you can add a train stop providing artillery trains by sending the signal to the input lamp. When a train arrives fill it up with artillery shells and send it along either by inactivity or circuit signal. Then in outposts requests an artillery train...

Re: Space Exploration Space Elevator Compatibility? (IE LTN between surfaces)
Let's talk about this when SE also automatically adds intermediate trains stops required to teleport trains between surfaces.
I certainly won't add that to LTN.

Re: Idea: Add train configuration setting to LTN stops
Sorry, not going to happen in LTN. LTN was rendered mostly obsolete with train limits becoming a base feature I'm going to keep maintaining it, but no new features will be added. Too much overhead for something only marginally more configurable than a min/max length + Network-ID It doesn't even allo...

Re: Small curiosity: What exactly is a "building store"?
It would be really nice if there were a signal_changed_event that LTN could subscribe to so it would only have to parse the signals on change. But in factorio you don't have entity specific events and a global signal_changed_event would fire every tick and be more than useless. Yes, that'd easily c...

Re: Small curiosity: What exactly is a "building store"?
I'm not sure what "filtering down from 100 items to 10" is supposed to mean. I load all the stuff available in the mall into one warehouse. The content of the warehouse is then provided. If that is 100 different items then that is 100 different items. How would you filter that down to 10?...
