I belive that the belt connect to the network 1 tick after it is placed ,resulting in a 1 tick jump of the item. :?

The signal is still in the wrong place. if R did not work, try putting both signals 2 tiles further down, it should be a White Connection when you are about to place the other one. I didnt see any problem with the rest of the network so it should be fine after that. the R key is the default for rota...

I Think that the signal where the two tracks meet is on the wrong track, it is on the top but should be on the bottom.
Remove the signal and press R to switch before placing down.

What about when the train turns around and comes to the same station with all tanks flipped?

Will it be a mess in the pipes or filters in the pumps or something else?

Or just me messing with tracks to prevent it. :?

The filter inserter only has capacity for 5 items, but there is other ways to filter stuff into chests. I dont have your system so it is hard to know why you want 15 items in filter inserter, but there is a system that i use to insert any amount of stuff into a chest. you take a wire from the chest ...

Trees regenerate health slowly over time so that you dont have a bunch of ugly healthbars in the middle of the forest after driving car there.

Have no idea why they lost health...

I also think it is annoying that pasting iron chests with wires ontop of a wood chest forgets the wires... :(

I Think that your starting area was so big it coverd the whole visible map so all the ore that you see is in the starting area and if so, it is perfectly logical to me...

Dont forget the soundbox in 0.15 that can easily be connected to rail signal and act as the horn that some people wants. ;)
