Please rephrase. I don't understand. It works the same as it does for furnaces. Only little items are fed in. And if the output slot has a handful of items in it, the inserters won't feed the assembly machine at all. (I was lobbying for a change to that rule, because it doesn't make sense for a whil...

You need to configure a recipe on it.

Then insterters should work just like they do on furnaces.

Locomotive headlight

Real-world locomotives have a big&bright headlight. (not sure how narrow cone they make, though)

I believe that the one found in Factorio should have one as well.
It's quite weird to that the main character has to use his flashlight.

yes, laser turrets are the obvious choice for the building.

I am currently low on resources and have only 3 on me and I am not willing to lose them.
They usually manage to destroy one of the enemy rocket turrets, but the other one runs out of ammo by that time

Worldgen islands - how to reach loot?

My world apparently has an island with a spawner on it.

The spawner (or the turrets) were misaligned, so the spawner was spawning 5 creepers in U shape.

They were no match for me, because they can't swim.
But neither can I.
Is there currently any way how to reach the resulting loot?

Some of the "inner" recipes produce more items at once. (example: One copper -> 2 copper wires)
The results you are observing are consequences of that.

(If you don't observe any leftover intermediate products, then it's a bug)

Enemy rocket turrets can run out of ammo.
It's good to know.
It makes them bit easier to defeat
(just choose a building with a lot of hitpoints and repeatedly build and remove it until the turrets run out of rockets :D)

Good idea. Simply put a collapsible section on the top marked "testing". And access to the section would require saying "Okay" on a message saying something like "This has not been tested, it may delete your saves, vaporize your computer or make your dog grow tree more heads...

Thanks for confirmation. I am pretty sure that the 3 spawners I destroyed gave me a total of 22 artifacts. Another longer game session close ended in SIGBUS and inability to start again.
I believe that I had a longer minecraft session before the first handful of crashes.

It starts looking like a pattern.
