Well it works for me.
Maybe too many people tried to download your mod, so you got temporary banned.
I recommend git's release feature. (Create a release and append the mod there).
That way you don't waste/use your disk space.

Interesting concept. If you consider this, that it must be obvious which rotation is used for filling and draining.
Also please connect only to one rail for unloading, so you don't accidentally fill a nearby train on a different rail close by. (Ref: HalbergM's Image Top right)

Rapid inserter is probably a confusing name -> bulk, batch or multi inserter would probably be a better name.

I don't need rapid inserters at all, because the current setup provides enough throuput. 2 cargo waggons => 1 blue belt vs 2 cargo waggons => 4 blue belts.

Please don't nerf the existing inserters.
Because you will end up using only the rapid inserters in the end, making the fast inserters a mere intermediate product.
However you could make the rapid inserters really expensive.
