Well if you change to teleport mode (used for example in YARM and Fat Controller for remote view of a mine or train) you die because of missing space suit. Maybe you could add an if statement which checks for player.character.name == "fatcontroller" Don't know the YARM name of ghost charac...

Yes it's intented. The darkness of the sky is controlled by the day nightmode which is connected to daytime. Tryed it out since yesterday and get a bit annoyed by the flickering (could be a thunderstorm). I like the hole idea of the mod because its add more realistic but its build on a missused base...

If there is really a need for self damaging trains and tracks the easiest way would be to slow the train down. I see a lot of this track parts in my city which are called slow driving section because of bad rail conditions.
