If you bought on steam and are playing the standalone, switch to steam and vice versa. If you are playing on the same version that you bought, try reinstalling. So I bought the game on steam maybe 4 months ago. And recently I made a factorio.com account because I thought I had to to host a multiplayer server. But it seems that's not the case, I can use a steam token. So after having my steam and factorio accounts linked I wanted to get my original steam use...

Thanks for making the game guys! It's the most fun/additive game for me since Starcraft 1 and Diablo II maybe 20 years ago. Those games stole my childhood, no regrets tbh. This just removes the little shrubs and stuff, biter base ooze remains there. It looked even more desolate with decorations off

Not in vanilla. The land is generated once at startup. You can’t plant trees or grass. You can use landfill to fill in water but you can’t remove landfill once it’s placed. The biter bases generate ooze which stains the ground and can’t be removed. You can place and remove stone and concrete tiles ...

Leave a tile or two between the wall and the turrets. Can the spidertron shoot nukes? Yes, but you really don't want it shooting nukes all over the place what with being automatic and having an insane shooting speed Excellent point lol!
