I experience this bug too. but all the time not when switch fast.
On all my savegame, even this worked well before the apparition of this bug.

When do you think linux users will be able to download the 0.9.3 binairies ?

Since 0.9.x my games is very slow and run normaly again (either from 0.8.8 save or on new game 0.9.x). Maybe 0.9.3 resolve this....
