Remove productivity limit on non-reversible recipes (scrap, etc)

... and lab productivity, which also makes sense.
However, it does apply to scrap recycling, rocket parts, and asteroid processing, and I think it should be removed on these.

Why?
These recipes are all one-way and cannot be reversed in a recycler, so removing the cap on them creates no recycler loop ...

Presently, productivity is capped at 300%, this was ... it could make fulgora a fair bit more difficult, but that could be compensated for by making scrap recycling prod research have a slower price curve.

... they don't have to be cleared as you say, as long as the item you are recycling stacks with that item in the same spot in it's trash slots that it was ... for the same item. I bootstrapped myself on fulgora twice, and this most recent time I found myself not knowing how to fuel the stone furnace to get bricks! I spent a whole minute not remembering you get solid fuel from recycling scrap!

It was fun, don't fix.

Productivity bonus does not apply to recycling in general. It only applies to recycling Scrap, the resource found on Fulgora.

For upcycling, there is no productivity boost to Recyclers (at least, as far as I'm aware), so you should be fine to just use one Recycler per tier (or one Recycler total ...

Have you tried spoilage, scrap recycling, or quality? Rather than complaining about the obsoletion of your old skills, you can pick up new ones. Never blame the kids, chance is they're better than us at our old tricks and they just find them too boring. Been there, done that.
