I can't replicate the issue. I tried plugging and unplugging a few times, reconnecting Bluetooth.

I've seen similar gamepad USB issues a few times but never figured what's happening, best I can do is blame them on poor USB connections.

You can try enabling Steam Input and see what happens.

... handling input (SDL) in version 2.0.16, so maybe that fixed it.
If it's still happening, does the mouse have any proprietary software? Do you have gamepad/game controller connected to your PC?

I didn't think these were related because I never use that controller with Steam or Factorio. The controller is a Buffalo Classic USB Gamepad, model BSGP815GY

Hi, this was mostly fixed for Version: 1.1.105.
The window will try to move up, out of the way of chat messages.
