I mean, yes, when a body is close to a bigger body, its orbit inclination and axial tilting have the tendancy to align in the long run. But it's very slow and only for close orbits ...

Not at all, it is just I one that I have been using and would recommend if someone didn't have a daylight mod.

[Map] Axial Tilt 365 days, OreChaos Default exclude starting area (originally attempted straight Default -- nope, 5 hours in still no steam electricity). All other settings default.

Do the desyncs go away if you remove the Axial Tilt mod?

Remove the Axial Tilt mod, it is not MP safe. Additionally for the future please make a new post as your desync/mod pack is not the same as the original one in this post :)

Try removing the Axial-tilt mod and see if the desyncs go away.
