This seems to be a caused by Nuclear Fuel mod. This mod hides the base game tech Koverex Enrichment. Angel's repurposes the tech to unlock Plutonium power. So when Nuclear Fuel mod hides the tech, it leaves Thorium Processing stuck.

I disabled Nuclear Fuel mod and then my tech tree looks like this ...

But then I was curious and tried to understand the override file for angelspetrochem-nuclear.lua and wasn't sure if the OV.add_prereq methods were changing the mapping as well.

Heat exchangers are a component in generating power. They use thermal energy to create steam. The heat to power then can come from solar collectors. Later, geothermal, and much later nuclear also are sources of thermal energy.

Bob's Power - Expands power with mk 5 boilers and steam and mk3 nuclear power plant. Awesome, but helps if you stack coal or solid fuel as mk5 boilers eat as much fuel at 5 vanilla setups. Only save on space and water ...

... power only. no water exists, ice ore melts into water. power limitation also prevents regular power generators of the game (solar, steam engine, nuclear). also large furnaces cannot be built, player must explore to find those craters, like remnants of old civilization who perished.

I researched Nuclear Energy, and when tried calculate, found some weird things:

I guess someone had good reasons for this, but now... would I need nuclear power? Is that a mistake in the extra buff for Steam Turbines or part of the plan. If it's later, I'm curious, what is the logic behind that?
