Enter should activate all green buttons
When I press enter, It should confirm all green buttons, not some select few. The more keyboard shortcuts there are, the easier, more convenient, and less tedious the game becomes. This feature could be option enabled, if you don't want it for a gameplay reason.

No excuses that this is missing in some kind of Intro, but also the setup explains everything. Normally a player first thing to look about and change keys to preferred setup. In this case the best way to learn keyboard shortcuts.
