[0.17.1] Map exchange string doesn't let players change settings
After importing an exchange string, the buttons in the map generation menu all still work, but if you try to change any settings, they're reset once the game loads. Steps to reproduce: 1. I don't have enough detail / reprodcability for a real bug report, but I managed to get the watch your step achievement by standing in fire with powerarmor + shields in a trainless playthrough...

Add a short delay to the explosion, so it might hit more than the first biter to walk across it. Maybe configurable?
