From the crash dump, it looks like random memory bit-flip ... those occasionally happen due to cosmic rays hitting components in a computer in some unfortunate ...

What is the name of the log file?

These and some folders are all I have under my %appdata%\Factorio.

Just had a crash when saving the game, the progress bar reached 100% and then the game crashed. It was an autosave.
I was simply laying down blue belts with bots, the autosave kicked in and when the bar completed it crashed.
