The tree planting machine requires plantable trees to be usable, and you disabled both kinds. The simplest fix for now is to edit the data-final.lua and remove the reference to the planter file.

As i Understand The MOD PACKS would work as a Stand Alone and would increase the speed of Loading the Mods.

there should be a monitor list of entries that are being used by each mod and which ones are being re used as a different variable so able to sus out the mods that are re-editing the values ...
