Scroll menu in tips and tricks.1
Or give some other way to look at the UI when it exceeds the UI size. Some to fix for the out of bounds quality levels. when using mods.

Right at the time it's beta testing bobs mods and my own mods along with space age to see how good they all go together possibly patch recipes and tech as i play the game.

So i notice that my modded 1.1.109 Tips & Tricks don't crash or anything. While playing in 2.0.35 Modded. Tips & Tricks have multiple issues with the feature so I'm asking if this is going to be looked at or not? It really is disappointing that 2.0 tips & tricks will crash while the old 1.1.109 don ...

Found a functional solution but still wish it could be simplified with suggested function under prototype for types = "tips-and-tricks-item"

That does not answer the question nor does it help me make it have If mods["modname"] specifics. just in a tips and tricks way.

Mod dependency in (tips and (tricks or (Info)))

Want to suggest a way to allow tips and tricks to be enable by Mods or NotMods in mod. Should a mod change some that would only be relevant if both mods or not mods are there?

My case is that i change a lot of things Power armour MK 3 mod but i don't see why trigger my tips/info regarding that mod ...

Issue caused by unstable windows install.
Issue is now fixed.

Do you have "wait for V-Sync" enabled in the graphics settings? I seem to remember that being part of the issue for me when I had the same issue.

Don't play with V-Sync. Was good for a while. then ended up being the same garbage just after quitting my game ...

This issue is also happening to moving the UI around in main menu also DPI has noting to do with it as a default rate is having the same issue.

tried a fresh install of game with same issue. starting to think it's PC issues. sorry for the mess. Tho should there be found any thing am I happy to know.

Having this weird issue when in map mode that the map is not following the pointer and hanging behind with bad latency. Did test in my modded 1.0.0 too and are having map movement issues there as well.
also in an 1.1.5 aswell before I updated

Unsure if this can be a windows issue either.
