Rate limit needs an increase... triggered this by merely clicking through pages in mod browser and not even very many or particularly quickly. Really horrible timing for me since this was the only opportunity I'll have to do it for quite awhile.

Incredibly minor bug report: when an inserter is behind a composter, part of the inserter arm is drawn on top of the composter.

I just updated to the latest versions of every PyMod. All of the science pack recipes have disappeared!
