Please Delete. Had another user on the server email it to me.

I am looking for version 1.13.10 and cant find it anywhere. My buddy is trying to join my server, but this version no longer exists. I am not able to upgrade the server for awhile and I am currently unable to grab it from my mod folder or servers mod folder.

Does the mod create infinite ores on patches that were already present to in a current game or does the mod need to be added prior to starting a map?
I added the mod much later in the game and I am still losing areas that have been mined completely.
