Fixing outdated mods with a local mod?

I've got a few mods that have been broken because 10-jet-flame.png and medium-explosion.png were removed.

I tried to fix the issue by make a local mod that is simple a info.json file and a folder system of graphics\entity\rocket-silo\ with the missing graphics but that didn't seem to work. Mod is ...

Well tells how much I was paying a attention, I always just looks at the final base resources cost and not the actual items needed for it.

Anyone else having a issue when you pick up a side inserter it turn into a normal inserter? Have to constantly make new ones when I move stuff.
