TL;DR
Let us mark things for deconstruction even if the items are not in a visible chunk, just as you can place blueprints outside visible chunks.

There was a change some time ago to allow blueprinting outside visible chunks but deconstruction was not included. I think this feature ...

Playing while docked with keyboard and mouse. Only started happening in this version.

1. Open any text box like naming a train stop or changing a combinator setting or changing blueprint settings. Even naming a save file.
2. Try to type anything in the text box, nothing happens.
