forgot I noticed some jitter before while walking around, frame rate dropped while being hit/ attacked and worst while healing then in an instance from good 60 ups to .5 and never came back up

currently running:
GeForce GTX 950 with 2 Gb ram on that card
24 GB ram
intel core i-5 6500 3.2 GHz
with the game being the main focus
CPU maxes at 10% usage GPU bearly hit 5% memory at 30% - which is a little more than what is used when systems at idle
no mods enabled
any one else having frame ...

logistic problem
looking for something to reset the counter to whats need in the chest with no overflow or extra on the belt. ie. constant combinator set A= 20, B=5, inserters count item and arithmetic keeps the memory of the item count.
