Where is the log file?! and how do you run it in administrative mode

I successful used the zip pack to get Factorio. This time when I tried to open it up it game me a similar but slightly different error at 14% in the loading process.

This is the New Error:

Sprite"__base__"/graphics/entity/basic-mining-drill/south.png" could not be loaded

So... I downloaded the zip, and extracted it in to a folder... I am not sure if thats what I am supposed to do...

where exactly is the log file? I tried to look for it but I couldn't find it. And how exactly does the zip one work

I tried the experimental and it did the exact same thing. Idk what my computers specs are
