I tried to start the game on my server, but the console returned "segmentation fault".
On the same server, I can run 1.1.53.

Server OS : CentOS 7.6 64bit

Run Command:
/root/factorio/bin/x64/factorio

Console:

[root@VM-16-12-centos ~]# /root/factorio/bin/x64/factorio
Segmentation fault
