I've done this before. You most likely have one of the filters on the top right set to something like "modded: yes, password: yes, empty: no" or something. Change them back to defaults and it will most likely show everything.

I turned on verbose logging and I can see the game making requests to https://multiplayer.factorio.com/get-games, which accessed via Chrome with my token, correctly returns a list of games. However, the game browser is still empty.

I also see the game opening a socket:
