It's summer, and as a geek I have nothing more to do than playing Factorio & Making Music. So I finished a second song...

It's Dub/Reggae style this time. I wanted to tell a story with this song, it's about fighting Aliens :twisted:

Create a song using only Factorio sounds

There is one thing I like more than Factorio, it's creating music. So I decide to merge both and come with a song using only Factorio Samples as audio source.

I give to myself of few constraints :
- Using only Factorio Sample as a Audio Source
- Do not use sounds of the ambiant folder of Factorio ...

It's because before 0.12 my factory was running at low FPS. So I guess stepping down graphic will give me more FPS.

So I experiment a weird bug. It happen once but I keep a save at this state.

When I get the mouse over a certain robot I get a message. There is some screenshot for comprehension :

Inserter doesn't fill the left side of an underground belt. See the image for better explanation :

Look at the top, the inserter doesn't place the red circuit on the left of belt but, you can see there is some place under.

If you die while holding your blue print build, it won't finish the game and you can go anywhere on the map like you're a super ghost !

As you can see I'm standing on a concrete floor but he doesn't appear on the mini map.

This problem seems to happen when I build my floor with a blue print.

It doesn't appear on the map also.


There is a way to correct this manually if you remove one part of the ...

I changed my graphic to medium, and the problem is gone. I try to use again low graphic, and it is happening again.

I got a graphic problem at the first start of my savegame after the update of 0.12 (I used full installer than update actually)

The problem is the path "core-win64-0.11.22-0.12.0-update\__PATH__bin__\x64\" inside core-win64-0.11.22-0.12.0-update.zip, the x64 is unnecessary. Copying the original game files to a new x64 folder inside x64 allows the update to proceed, and copying them back to the original x64 folder allows the ...

Same thing happening here on Win8.1 64-bit.

I try to run Factorio as an administrator, but it's the same problem.

I got the error message when the loading bar is complete.

Edit : Sorry I run it on Windows 8.1 ...
