I create a 16 to 8 (or 2x4). I use this in my my big railway station.
It's really effective : you can have only 2 line input, you will have your 8 line outpout. Tested and approuved by friends ! :D

And you can build this easily with a normal spliter ^^

You can use Landfill in 0.14, you need to replace 1 line.
Open \Landfill_2.1.10.zip\Landfill_2.1.10\info.json (notepad++ is very good for this )
search the line 9 and replace by

Can you update the mod for 0.14 please? :)
You need to change a little thing in the mod and it's work after.
Open \Single-Splitter_0.0.9.zip\Single-Splitter_0.0.9\info.json
and replace
"factorio_version": 0.13
by
"factorio_version": 0.14
