Re: Using underground belts to split a belt
Ah, ok! Do you have a link to it on the wiki? I wasn't able to find it in any of the pages concerning belts or transportation. edit: Nevermind, I guess I was just a bit negligent in my search: https://forums.factorio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Underground_belts Ah well, hopefully some people who weren...

Using underground belts to split a belt
http://i.imgur.com/4DuBZR5.png If you have a belt with two different items on it, you can separate them without smart inserters using underground belts. Either end of the underground belt will work! Sorry if this is common knowledge, I haven't been able to find anything about this on the web and as...

Re: Multiplayer IPv6
I really want to squeeze this into 0.12.0, but it is possible that there won't be enough time. Problem is that we still want to support Windows XP, and the easy way to make an application dual stack doesn't work there I have spent my money wisely. I really do appreciate your response and all the wo...

Re: Multiplayer for monsters
I would imagine that playing as the biters you wouldn't be able to control your attacks that specifically, it would be really unbalanced (as you pointed out, a single track removed and down goes the rail network.) It is a really neat concept though, I would definitely love to see it. It would probab...

Re: Multiplayer IPv6
Sorry to resurrect a dead post but I'm wondering if IPv6 is still on the table, and if so is there any possibility of it making it into .12? I'm stuck behind a DS-Lite provider (literally the only one available in my area) as are my friends, so we're stuck with LAN parties for now.

Re: Just bought the game; What were Your first impressions?
I saw the Factorio thread on the SA forums, watch the trailer, played through the demo, and bought it all in the same night. Spent 50 hours on my first game (in the middle of exam period) and am going to start my second game after my exams are done. My first impression: lots of potential. The few th...
