The full screen button is cut in half and can't see the back button what do I do

cant have not get one spare they are all being used is there any other way

when I got the game I went on it and looked at the graphic in the settings and could not see the full screen button and I tried to change my screen resolution it is a 1920 X 1080p so I changed it lower to like 1280 x 720p and it was the same I am on windows 8.1 so can some one help me and cant up ...
