hello, so a suggestion, when i use py petroleum handling, the rocket recipe gets borked (base recipe is hidden) so I cant get space science packs, so the suggestion is to make a new recipe when >py petroleum handling is present, to allow its pretty awfully long rocket fuel process to be used. while ...

so, i did some testing and is there a way to Make ModMash ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/modmash ) compatible, it seems that a Hotair recipe does not have a Expensive recipe https://gyazo.com/c895cfe0fb1926363e9153d70cf84cc2 which can be viewed here. i have tested this with all Py mods and ModMash....
