figured out the issue there was a small gap between my electric poles

Cant quite figure out why one side of my nuclear power set up wont create steam power according to everything its gaining steam to turn into power but they arent turning on. attaching map for anyone willing to take a look

all i do is try to start the game it reads 0% and crashes eventually
