Alarm on low power?

Does anybody know of a way to set an alarm on low or no power? I can use speakers to alarm on low resources, including low coal or steam, but haven't found a way to alarm on either a power brown out, or a section of the base becoming completely disconnected from power. Especially, I'd like an alarm ...

One suggestion: Make a "disconnected underground pipe" graphic. Like a capped pipe going toward the ground or something. Used for any case where you've placed one end but not the other. Would be useful for detecting these pipe network changed because a pipe in the middle was destroyed case...

[0.17.64]Sulfur missing in Tight Spot Campaign level 5.

Trying to play the Tight Spot Campaign, level five, on any difficulty I found the task impossible due to there being no way to craft sulfur needed for the Chemical Science Pack. Instead I am of course able to craft solid fuel, but that is no longer part of the recipe.
