Re: Friday Facts #409 - Diminishing beacons

Well, that's, again, not really my problem... you can keep your opinion if you want.

You quoted me saying your opinion, i thought it was polite to answer you even if i disagree with the presentation you made of your opinion as facts, and the conclusion of your reasonning. I attempted to ...

Re: Friday Facts #409 - Diminishing beacons

I disagree, twice, the most obvious : I know some people use "literally" when the thing is not "literal". That doesn't mean "literally" means the things they use it for. They just use the word wrong. To me that's the same thing here with "in fact". https://www.wordnik.com/words/in%20fact If you ...

Re: Friday Facts #409 - Diminishing beacons

This is not a fact, to me this is a speculation presented as a fact. Because unlike the devs who are tweakings the games and getting feedback on the consequences while having the full picture of the expansion, we are just speculating. I am not enclined to share it. "In fact" is an English idiom ...

Re: Friday Facts #409 - Diminishing beacons

Maybe i'm wrong not to worry, but i think the game will offer different optimal setup and combo of modules regarding different way of being cost-efficient, in ressources, or energy, or space occupied It won't; in fact, it most likely removes the limited flexibility we currently have. Top-quality ...

Re: Friday Facts #358 - Alien decoratives & Polluted water

Has anyone ever managed to reduce the pollution cloud in a medium to large size base, say 100 or more SPM?
I normally play peaceful or without aliens, so I usually don't care about pollution (or turn it off from the start).
But every time I played with "normal" aliens, I tried to reduce pollution ...

Re: Friday Facts #358 - Alien decoratives & Polluted water

Yeah, I definitely agree with changing the polluted water colour: green water is actually healthier . It's actually lifesaving advice that is given to people in the real world who might need to find drinkable water in a survival scenario, especially in areas where arsenic is present, to choose thick ...

Re: Balancing recipes?

It'd be more interesting to have to process the nuclear fuel into a slurry, and pipe the slurry into the exchangers, and after the turbines are ran, only providing 50% efficiency at best, you have to empty the water into a large cooling pool. There's mods that make it more complicated, but idk how ...

Power pole connectivity whitelist

Simply put, I'd like for electric-pole entities to have an optional whitelist of entities to which the pole can be connected by copper wires (that is, electric network entities which can serve as directly adjacent nodes in the network to the entity in question); see below for discussion on circuit ...

More than that: We should be able to place and manipulate belt lanes separately.

Re: Friday Facts #305 - The Oil Changes

Trust me, From a person who has Source access and can view more of the discussions that the devs have with each other than most people, V is actually one of the ones against the changes as they are (getting only petroleum) and the most vocal to having it changed.
I'm not going to name any other ...

There is a good and informative discussion here even without us interfering. We can consider feedback without directly responding to it. If interfering just means that I get shit thrown at me, of course I won't interfere, noone likes shit on their face.
Easily avoidable. Try to listen to your ...

Sulfur not being from PG is dangerous, because it can easily happen that the player does not have enough PG sink
