Fixed after disabling malware bytes and restarting computer.

No mods installed (I usually have a bunch but renamed the mod folder to eliminate them from the equation). Trying to load the mod list from the install pane gives a red "Failed to download mods list" that when hovered over gives an API call failed: (path:'api/mods', status:520). 2020-05-16...

Soo... Does it speed up handcrafting always? Or only equal to the time you haven't been crafting?
