Thanks, that was the issue, I should double check stuff like that... Whoops!

Title says it all, the pipes say they have different fluids, but both contain the same fluid, The mods and issue can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/2KsWdJz Flushing the systems did not help.

got the same issue, even disabled all of my mods to make sure it wasn't any of them.
