A friend and I are trying to play together but no matter how we do it we get pretty bad lag. When one of us hosts the other lags, and when we try a dedicated server we both lag. We're both fairly close to each other in the US. 10 tick latency is the lowest I've had, but it's usually 20 tick or ...
