1. How do destroyed iron chests suddenly have hinges when the intact one doesn't?
2. I think the way the metal of rails is bent and contorted still isn't realistic, because realistically the metal is very stiff and doesn't bend like a ribbon.

I'm not, but I asked the author to come here.

@mmmPI: I, for one, don't like 'popular' and heavy game-modifying mods like Bob's, so I select 'no mods' in the server browser. If this server has a 'trivial' mod to just change stack size, I wouldn't even find the server.

You cannot increase stack size with a scenario because you can only change things that you can change runtime. Changing or adding items must be done load-time, thus require a mod[1]. This is intentionally not a mod because modded servers are less popular[citation needed].

Thanks for the report. Performance issues caused by configuring things to have 2 orders of magnitude larger size/count than normal game are not considered bugs. Ok I barfed this. I'm too expert for this introduction. I though the existing assembly machines weren't blue or yellow so I tried to pipet them and couldn't so I thought I didn't have any. And stuff appearing in my inventory out of thin air is also apparently a thing in the scripted introductions.

The introduction campaign is bugged. It's totally stuck with no way to proceed and no idea if I did something wrong.
