Meant to add - copy/pasting the settings (even though there are none) using shift+right and shift+left click also "reactivates" them.

Playing 0.17.45 and the **only** mod is Bottleneck. - Inserters are holding items (copper plates) above empty splitters/belts with the text "waiting for space in destination". - Deconstructing and replacing the inserter "fixes" the problem (they start outputting items again). [Wa...
