What is the Dolphin Achievement?

It turned out that the problem was that I had some how copied my upgrade key into the bar by accident <DERP>

I know this has probably been asked a billion times before but once I have got my steam key how do I use it on steam to get the game? Where do I input the key?

The mod says on the mod list that it requires 0.11.0 but i can can not get this version any more, is this right? :?

Anyway it works with the most recent version(0.11.20)
