Can anyone fill me in on what I can do past the tutorial scenarios? I can find no option to play beyond it. Is it an issue of it not recognizing my code?

Just a suggestion. If you require us to go to our profile to do anything to get the game going perhaps make it more user friendly.Have a drop down link for the profile off my login name, or have my name take me to my profile, but having a tiny link at the bottom of the page is needlessly frustrating ...
