Ah, you're right. I had it also on next/previous blueprint. It shouldn't interfere with the rail planner IMO, but whatever. Maybe this isn't worth a fix.

I have bound the entity rotate command to the mouse wheel, up for clockwise and down for anticlockwise. I find this very convenient and have used it for a long time.

Since the recent change to the rail planner, mouse wheel no longer rotates when in planner mode (shift held down). Or maybe it never ...
