Have no idea why vsync was disabled... So
vsync = false && dxgi-presentation-model=default (commented by ; ) - does not work
vsync = false && dxgi-presentation-model=flip - works
vsync = true && dxgi-presentation-model=default - works
vsync = true && dxgi-presentation-model=flip - works

I was not able to capture the bug via screen recorders - everything works when I tried.

Today I have tried 0.17.17 and it is just impossible to play with...
Any movement = horizontal blur lines across screen. I have not seen these lines before (0.12 - 1.16, the same machine).
